		<description>Candidates and politicians who have merely an obligatory Twitter account (taking to heart the &quot;Don&#039;t Get Sucked In&quot; advice), tweeting an update or ask here or there--instead of embracing it as a mode of personal expression and powerful tool for communication and contact with constituents/supporters--are inevitably going to be stagnant and uninteresting. Nobody wants to follow those people.</description>
